Healthy Living Made Simple is an e-book that outlines 10 straightforward principles to kickstart your journey toward a healthier lifestyle. If you’ve been struggling with your health despite making some dietary and lifestyle changes, this e-book may provide the missing pieces you’ve been searching for.

I’m Kristen, and my health journey began over a decade ago—long before the rise of internet health blogging (how I wish I had started documenting my journey back then, but I was too exhausted!). At that time, I was navigating my path largely alone, relying on just one book for guidance. Can you believe that back then, you couldn’t even find bones for broth in stores? And pastured eggs? Forget it! It’s wild how much has changed in the last decade!

Now, with an overwhelming abundance of health information—much of it conflicting—it can be hard to know where to start. Carly and I have combined our nutrition education and personal experiences to create a no-nonsense health guide designed to help you embark on your wellness journey immediately.

Our e-book covers everything from foundational concepts to advanced lifestyle tweaks, making it suitable for everyone, no matter where you are on your health journey. You can choose to implement each principle gradually, allowing a week or two for each foundation, or dive in and incorporate everything at once. Just remember to plan according to your tendencies to ensure real success.
