Is this program self-paced?
No, we go through this Project as a group. Although some women choose to go at their own pace with the recipes and meal plans, or may be at different levels, we do try to stick together and keep one another accountable. Modules are released on scheduled dates. There are daily inspirational emails.
What if I have questions during the program?
There is an LBD private chat group where all participants can interact with each other, and myself, ask questions and encourage one another. You can also use the private chat feature to connect directly with me if needed.
How is this different from other diet or exercise programs?
LBD is not about starving or fad dieting. It’s about creating sustainable healthy habits that last you a lifetime. We lean heavily on grace, encouragement and education. The community and rewards are very motivating as well.
This project is also specifically designed to keep women on track and invested in their health during a season where they often guilt themselves for overindulging.
Are there live calls?
This Project is mostly via email and online modules. There is a live kick off call the week before the start date, where we review the Success Guide, the overall plan, and have time for some Q&A. If you cannot make this call live, it is recorded.
We also wrap up the Project with a lady’s night out in our little black goal dresses. If you are not local (Austin, Texas) I highly encourage you to invite friends to do the Project and go out with or plan date night in your LBD.
Do I have to buy any shakes or supplements?
Nope! There are some optional supplements to help jumpstart your progress if you would like them, but they are not necessary. They are professional grade supplements offered at 10% from my online dispensary.
